so i went home friday night just to visit home since i haddnt been home in a lil. i visit some friends and mingle with my lady friends and whatnot... i ended up at my friends house for a couple of hours to play some rock band. i forgot my phone in the sable so i went and got it....but of course nothing is ever that easy...i walk out to this:



i quick grab an oil pan from my friends garage and i call my parents to see what they want me to do...the fluid was flowing out like a faucet that wasnt completely shut...just a lil more than dripping.

after a few hours my mom comes to pick me up and i go home for the night cause it was too dark to do anything else. i go back the next day and the pan is filled at least a couple courts worth of fluid. it didnt look like engine oil so what else is in the front near the engine? transmission fluid. this means that if i even tried to move it it wont move anyways....

we end up having it towed to a transmission shop and they are going to access the transmission...could be a line or the tranny itself...but all i know is that the car has 145k miles on it and its probably going to be put to rest.

time to start looking for another beater...or even trade the mustang in for an STI...lol

 

could also be power steering fluid, but i dont think it would be that though

 

its not the power steering fluid....i just had that checked out/repaired last week....

haha thanks jon....ive been visiting the NASIOC forums lately..lol....there are 2 white STI's that have my name written on them..one is an 04 and the other is an 06/07...lol...

yeah it was a canning weekend so i came home.. but around 1 i think i saw a loud white stang with black wheels around 100 and 30 by the mall thought it could be urs... sounds sick
