Default Lance and I getting new Homes 2 for 1 Sale Pics

Funny how we are getting new homes LOL. Seems like a fire sale in the real estate market. 3100 Sqft and just got appraised for $125k over what we offered. On the 25th I should have the keys.

Ill need some dos and donts for the forum members who currently have a garage. So far I explained to my wife that Garage is off limits to any item except washer and dryer.

very nice house man....I don't expect you to tell us cause it's none of our business, but I'd love to know how much a house like that goes for where you live. That house would probably run you $700k-$800k in either southern Cali of SF Bay Area.

I think some shaddy characters might have lived in it once. They did alot of custom $$$$ work to it. The garage door matches the front Iron/glass door. Theres alot of welding and custom work that went into just the front and garage doors. The whole property is like a fortress which is why I like it. I wont have to worry about unannounced guests. If you dont call ahead of time you may not get in lol .

No big deal J man, plain jane houses in this area go for around the 500s for one without all the ScareFace deatils like the one Im buying has. There are other homes around this area that have huge fountains, horses and lions in front of them with huge lots and are 1.25 mil and up. By no means is my house a mansion but to me its all the mansion I would ever want to have. I am able to afford this house because it was a forclosure. The best deals are forclosed homes or short sales. Most important is to live in an area where everyone takes care of their home.

You would'nt believe how big of a house you can buy around here for $500,000.If you knew it would make you wish you lived here

This is the most expensive house for sale in my area...

Put a garage floor coating on it before you move all your **** in and the car. Or you will be moving **** around and putting it in your house for 3 days like me.

that's not bad at all.....I paid a little over 400k for my 1,263sqf townhouse with a two car garage and that's pretty cheap for out here....just had to move about 20 miles east....it's amazing how the prices can drop just by driving 20 miles.

I got my place right before the economy took a crap and I kick myself cause I could have got a lot more house with all the foreclosures ect....damn it, if we all had a crystal ball.

Very cool house man, I dig the style. congrats

I think I may put some race deck flooring. Im debating it a bit since many have noticed that it feels like a false floor. Im also worried if you put a jack or jack stang under it if it will damage the floor.

I know J timing is very important but dont worry as long as you are staying in your home a long time it will go back up in value.

I just worked on the Gf's Isuzu this weekend (broken harmonic balancer) I had it in the air on stands with my shitty jack and no floor damage even left oil, coolant, tranny fluid on it for 3 days straight and no stains. So far im loving my Epoxy sheild floor coating.

I did it myself I'm a do it yourself guy. I only pay for things i know i cant do. Its pretty damn easy just takes some time to prep the floor and clean it etc.. that takes the longest time to do. Actual painting of the floor took only 35mins to do my 2 car garage.

The Epoxy Sheild garage floor coating, any home depot will have it in stock. I have some pics in the pic section. I need to wash the stang and take some of it in there. Looks alot nicer with a nicely painted floor then the haggard chipped and peeling floor i had before.
