Default Sticking seat belt revisited

During the winter there was a thread about the driver's seatbelt sticking. Randy said there is a TSB about it. I was having my gears done at my dealership and they did the TSB fix while it was there. The car stayed parked until spring so I couldn't really report about the effectiveness of the fix. What they did was apply some teflon tape in the loop just over the driver's shoulder. I have had no problem since then. For me the fix was a success. My car was still under warranty so the fix was free. If I remember right, the cost is about $50.00 if the car is out of warranty. As annoying as that sticking belt was, it would have been worth every penny.
