Default Racing Stock 5.0

So i pull into school today, and i see a 92 (i think its a 92 anyway) GT 5.0.

He heard my exhaust which is pretty loud, (a good kind of loud) and he approached me. He wants to line them up, but he wants to put some money down. (around 100 dollars). I checked his car to see if there was anything in it but its a completely stock 5.0. Its a manual, and pretty much covered in rust (the body).

Should i race him? By the way, i have an automatic :-/.

you will win easy.when u race make it close (sandbag) that way he'll want to race again and raise him even more money..and once again keep it close..take his money.. then buy some parts for your car and not tell him so when he wants to race again when he gets some work done to it you'll beat him again!!!

I doubt he is totally stock. Just cause you dont see any boltons does not mean he doesent have a stealth nitrous setup, gears, or a cam swap.

If he knows anything about mustangs and his mustang is stock he should know he has no chance of beating a stock 4.6l PI, let alone a slightly modded one.
He might as well just hand you the 100 bucks. it would be a waste of a race and a waste of money.

Unless he is completly stock and thinks your auto will lose simply because it is an auto. In which case he needs to realize your auto will never miss a gear, so any mistake on your side cant effect the outcome.

Either the guy is a complete ****ing moron, or he is playing you for a fool and his car is not stock.

So if this guy doesent know **** about cars you can probably take his 100 bucks.
If he was able to talk shop about mustangs with you and knows about your car, then he is playing you and knows something about his car that you do not.
haha you just saved me a lot of typing.
