Hey, I want to order some FR500's from you guys but I've been waing about 2 months to order and it always "Outof stock until..." and when the date that you state comes and goes, like now it says "out of stock until mid March" well guess what, it is mid March now and I am willing to bet it will soon say "Out of stock until mid April" now, Right??? Not trying to flame this company at all but if you don't have any idea when you will get a product in stock then why not let people know and not leave them waiting to order??? Just bad business.

 

Because you arent the only person that places an order for fr500 rims. Instead of waiting, why dont you place the order so you are on the list to get them like everyone else is. They are popular rims, and the place they get em from can only send so many and make so many, then MT can only stock so many with the space they have.

 

Well.....I would have done that months ago but when I went to place an order it said out of stock untll january....and I took their word for it because I thought I was dealing with a legit business. They could simply state that you have to get on some list that I know nothing about.

 

Well when they are out of stock, theres nothing they can do about it except fulfilling previous customers orders. they have no control over who orders their rims but to send em out when they get it. its not that they arent legit, its an overwhealming supply and demand. If you TRUELY want to know the status, give them a call and they can tell you how long it would be untill youd have fr500s.

 

OK thanks I will call them. I realize they are a popular wheel and in demand, I just wish I would have placed my order a couple of months ago, but they do say out of stock until (date) so I kept waiting for the date as if they were going to get them in stock. I was a little mislead thats all, thanks though, at least now I know I have to go ahead and order and get on a list. Thanks again Matt.

 

The date is changed as we get new word from the manufacturer. We're playing it by ear as much as you guys are. Trust me, its frustrating for us, as we want to get these orders filled and out the door, but unfortunately, because of the wonderful world of shipping and delays, things keep getting pushed back.

CURRENT ETA right now is actually seeming on time, being the final week of March for a container full of JUST FR500's. I've been out of the office for the week, so im not 100% sure if the ETA is on target or not, but that is what our manufacturer has told us. This container has about 150 Black Deep Dish FR500's in 18" on it, so we should be stocked for QUITE a while.

We did get some backorders filled with my suppliers shipment that he had come in about a week ago (took us down about half on the Blacks alone), but we still have some left.

As you have probably noticed, if you have been ordering, a lot of our wheels are on backorder. This is mainly because of the delay in manufacturing and transit, two things we wish we had control over.

Hopefully as the month ends, we will be getting more and more shipments of wheels in on more of a steady basis.

 

I ordered 2 18x9 and 2 18x10 deep dish black fr500's back in early january. I recieved last saturday the 18x9's. Have not recieved the 18x10's yet.

 

Well our container did ship, so we know its on the way, so now its a time in transit type thing. 3-4 weeks and we should have them in our hands.

 

so another month?

 

Best ETA I can give, which is pretty solid right now, is the first two weeks in April.

 

First 2 weeks of april have come and gone, where are the F****g wheels?

We are going to try and get the majority of those orders out today.

As far as the bullitts go, its looking like the second week of May (Week of 5/8) for when we will be receiving more.

Any idea when the 18" Chrome fr500s will arive???? I know its hard to tell but a rough estimate would be great.

 

Wo0o0o Sa amigo, These rims are really popular, it took me 2 months to get mine cuz of the Tsunami... but trust me once u get them on!... It's WELL WORTH THE WAIT!...I'm sure MTing isn't sittin on their *** doing nothing about it...

 

Lookin like mid-May, although I have a few coming in early next week that might have a few left.
