i just picked up a 1990 5 spd GT. it has a nice setup, mint T5, shorty headers,pypes full exhaust w/no cats, its cammed along with a new engine bored 30 over

however...

im looking to do the 5 lug conversion so i can throw a nice wheel setup on it, but instead of converting the rear to 5 lug with drums, is there a kit out there or a way i can change the rear brake setup to disk? if so what would i be lookin at price wise, where can i find it and is it hard to do?
