hey I'm not sure if his isexactly in the right area but I was hopeing you guys could help me or give me advice on my 90 mustang gt conv wireing. I just recently took out the middle console top in the mustang because my lighter and my power mirrors do not work and I wanted to check the wireing to see if there is a shortage or something, come to find out the wiring is tapped up and not at the ends and re not hooked up. I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to wireing so I dont know why the ends are taped up and not plugged in. Is it because the original owner didnt want to use them or is it that there is a shortage or they dont work. Does anyone have any advice or experience in this or tell me what the problem is

Have you taken off the tape to see if the plugs are broken? They may be the correct ones. Thats where I would start. Then if they wont work then I would go to a junk yard and get the right plugs and splice them in.
