okay i seen the dynos the the 1995 gt 5.0 dynos at 196 to the wheels and the cobra dynos at 253 so i was wondering if the 98 cobra has the same tranny as the 95 gt does anybody know of anybody that has ever did this swap before please help im a newbie i love mustangs

 

the 5.0l came with a t-5 much like the v6's but the 98 cobra i believe cam with a t-45

 

so if i do the swap then i would to get the t- 45 tranny too and the gt tranny would not work

 

anything can 'work' if you put the money into it, the diffrence is strength and what you have to buy to make it work.

the t-5 would require a new bellhousing i believe. but the t-45 would bolt right up (someone correct me if i am wrong)

 

well im on kinda a budget and i thought swaping engines would be a pretty cheap way to add alot of horses but i dont want to have to buy a cobra tranny to and then have to pay to have that installed to

 

look for a used Cent type blower

 

do you know of any websites that sell used blowers
