YOU DON"T PUSH IT!!!! You have to buy a tool that SCREWS it back in. Pushing it will damage it!!!!!!! See the slots on the piston? The tool fits in those, attach a 3/8 rat and turn it back in. Tool avail at any auto store. $10-. Now you must bleed your entire system. Start with the pass rear, then move to dr rear, pass frnt, dr frnt. The spring is a Bitch to get back sometimes, check out a book at the autostore(pepboys or whom ever) on bleeding.

lmao Damn dude, don't feel bad. That happened to a friend of mine too, he was at it for like 5 hours until I came over with my tool. It's basically a circle with 2 prongs to fit inside the notches of the caliper piston that turns it to push it back into the caliper. lol INVEST IN ONE dude.
