what is the stock timing on a 94 gt?

I put 87octane in my car... it runs like sh.t
I put 93octane in... DAMN, there is a BIG difference... more responsive and the exhaust even sounds better

whats the deal?

I have a feeling the timing was increased... reason why 93 runs so much better...

is that possible?
I have to check it one day... just wonderin' what stock timing was...
