i was thinking MSD wires and either NGK Iridium plugs or the Bosch platnum, as for the mileage on the car it was/is over 180k but i don't know if that gets reset after a rebuilt engine?

MSD are good

they ones i got are 10mm Livewire Spark Plug Wires (8.5mm is the wire and the rest of it is just the heat cloth or watever thats called)

and dont get BOSCH Paltinum they suck, the ones i got are the Autolite Iridium XP they are very good and i dont think after a rebuilding the engine the mileage doesnt reset but they might just get lower but not reset.

ya and my stang has over 185,000 miles, lol

Don't waste your money on those expensive plugs and wires, they will do nothing to make you faster. A good set of stock heat rang copper plugs are your best bet and they are cheap. I like NGK personally.

Unlike what they said before on the v6 and on the GT you can get solid gains from a an underdrive pulley set. On the v6 your years with single port heads iirc its around 6rwhp.

What is there not to get? You said you got a set of pulleys coming they were telling you its a waste and its not like I explained. Also the NGK plug you want for your car is the NGK TR55-1 plug.

Exhaust, yes or no? I'd be surprised if the previous owner kept the stock system with headers unless he chopped the old system back to accommodate for the space.

Stock exhaust and long tubes dont know about that. You sure your not looking at stock tubular style exhaust manifolds.

with headers your exhaust im willing to bet is after market..

cause adding headers onto a small exhaust wouldnt do anything.

aight guys i looked at it and i took it to a shop today and they confirmed my idea and i talked to the previous owner. they are what i said they were earlier but w/ stock exhaust! the lady said she ran out of money to get the rest of the exhaust after having the engine rebuilt, so now im gonna put the rest of the exhaust on at the end of next month! yeah! can't wait!. . . oh and update i got a fuel injection cleaning system done today and wow now i feel some ponies along w/ the tune up i did!

Thats so random to have long tubes and then stock exhaust the rest of the way back. Regardless just run some pipes straight back to whatever mufflers you like and your good to go. Sounds like you lucked out on that mod.
