Ok. Heres what Im going to do but just need information the correct information.
I have a 95 v6 Mustang. I have been looking around at American Muscle and found some ford racing springs that will lower my car about 1 inch maybe a little more. I called a local shop and he estimated about 250 to do the job which is fine with me. What Im wondering tho. Do I just need to order the springs? He told me he thought that my front end was springs over struts. All I thought I had to do was buy the springs and nothing else. I know about the stock shocks will have a little more pressure on them. But Im going to leave everything alone. So do I just need the springs. Or is it going to become more like struts and eveything. Let me know please. Thanks Jesse |

With a 1 inch drop reusing the stock shocks and struts will be fine. It's a fairly easy install, just read the writeup on Mustang World and see if you might be able to do it, as it'd be an easy way to save $250 (which is way more than the job is worth IMO).

Thanks for the information. Do you know anything about the front end? Does the springs just need changing like the back, or is a strut spring combo on front?
