Well..it'll never sound like a GT...but for a nice sounding, cheap, easy to install exhaust- MAC Y pipe catback

thanks. ill look at it but i was all so thinking about a x pipe maybe i think they might get more power?

your not going to make any noticeable power gains from an X or a Y pipe. You can go true duals on yer sixer. still not going to notice going to feel a power gain in the seat.

just do this go on Youtube and type in v6 mustang exhaust. listen to them pick one out that you like more then the others, go to a shop and have them make you a custom H pipe with the mufflers you want.

I swear some of you never learn, there is no "go get GT" in the V6 section, and this isnt what he asked for.
We have a nice v6 exhaust sticky at the top of this forum you should check out.

i have always liked how mac sounds on mustangs. get an h-pipe and a mac catback.

ah you took my advice good. there is lots of vids on there. mostly flowmaster but there is some other good ones too.

Dustin, He asked for advice.. I gave him the most logical answer to his question. Do you honestly thing that any exhaust can make a V6 sound better than a GT? Don't think so..

LM 1 is SLP Flowmaster is flowmaster
but your taking a risk with SLP Im going to get SLP powerflo less of a risk of it sounding like ass they have clips of it on you tube type slp v6

There is no way. A 6 sounds like a 6 and an 8 sounds like an 8.. Believe me man, Im behind all of the sixxer guys because like you know, I had one. But you're kidding yourself if you think it will ever sound like a GT.

Yeah bro, don't get me wrong, I loved how my six sounded with the true-dual flows. His question, though was how to make a 6 sound as good or better than a GT and im sorry to say, it's just not gonna happen.
