That's a beautiful first car. (or 2nd) If you do a side exhaust, are you planning on adding a dual exhaust? I've never seen a single side exhaust on a mustang.

My first ride was a '63 Ford F100 step side p/u that was hand painted with some flat white house paint and a paint brush! I had fun in the damn thing though. My mom arranged the deal with her coworker that had the truck sitting around. I paid 100 bucks a month plus insurance. I paid 800 bucks for that ol pos. The damn thing had a flat 6 If a remember right with an oil bath breather and a three speed on the coulum. My friends in HS called it either "The Love Mobile" or the Sanford and Son ride. While I am older than most of you on here, Im not THAT damned old. I graduated HS in '94 so a 63 ford p/u DID NOT make me the coolest kid in school LOL.

Moral is..... thank your folks....... they work hard so you wont have to!

the rims arent that bad but i think theyre a little too big. and i think the 05+ mustangs look better WITHOUT hood scoops, especially those little oem ones, they just look silly

I graduated in 95. My first ride was an 83 chevy peek up truck. lol... I think I was the ONLY kid in h.s. that drove a truck. hehe... Most of my classmates drove newer cars than my parents did. hehe... That's funny about your 63 cause my older brother had an old 1963 Ford pickup back in the early 80's. It was spray painted green with rattle cans, 6 cylinder with 3 speed on the tree. I remember one thing about that truck is it was built like a tank! His was the rare one piece unibody style where the cab and bed were all one piece. I would love to have that truck today as a restore project.

LOL! I think my bro bought the truck off of my hillbilly uncle who spray painted it "verde". hehe... My mom has a couple of old pics of me and my bro trying to buff all that junk off. It also had one of those rear window graphics of a deer head (the kind that take up the whole window) LOL!! That had to go too of course.

I think if you change the wheels to something more Mustang friendly it will look much better.
