well i'll be damned. Thats a much larger hole in the hood than I thought. Personally the motor with the blower is not meant to be on there. Even as cool it is to say you have a lightning motor under/sticking out of the hood...lol. Seriously what the hell are you going to put over that hole!

well..its cool..but... thats too much engine for it...you wanna look good still... and..its hard to do when you have like a foot of engine sticking out of your hood unless its like..one of those prtty chrome blowers on the old muscle cars. ;x

I think the biggest reason why I dislike this car is...
Everything sticking out of the hood, you would have to leave it like that to be streetable.. Reason.. You throw a huge cowl hood on it and it is going to restrict your visibility and would be illegal for street use. So basically, if you wanted that car to look good it would have to be a garage kept, track-only vehicle.. Which to me is pretty much pointless, unless it is strictly used for the track.. Plus he has no mention of any kind of suspension work, so it would probably need a ton of work in that department..
IMHO, what he did to the car, in all practicle purposes really degraded it's value.

Thats what I mean the concept is cool. But the execution of it just sucked. The motor is just all wrong for it. Take the 5.4 long block get rid of the blower and put a vortech or novi on it to get the blower out of the way from on top. Get the PI adapter plates and put our 4.6 intake on it. That cuts the time off the battery relocation and other crap.
Or skip all this and invest the same amount of money as this guy did and swap in a 03-04 cobra motor. THAT FITS UNDER THE HOOD!

agreed, so much work when he could have just used the cobra motor and be faster.

yes he needs a hood, but then it probaly wont be legal. there are restrictions as to what we can and cant do thats why his selling it.
