A good alternate is Katzkin. I recovered my stock fabrics in Leather from them and they are very nice quality.

An even better alternative is to buy someone's leather seats that has changed to Recaros or some other aftermarket seat. Check eBay. Complete sets usually sell for $600 or less. I picked up a pair of leather front seats out of a 2004 GT that were removed at 500 miles for $350 locally that were advertised on Stangnet's classifieds.

Or you can try this: http://www.arizenracingsports.com/

These are the seats I'm looking at for my Cobra, they look pretty decent, the few feed back I found on other forums were good, the leather swatchs they sent me were nice.

Hope that helps,

Arnaud
