Default Stupid GT seats

Yah, so i was detailing the interior today and noticed that the leather on the drivers seat is getting pretty worn.
I got under 7,000 miles on the odometer.

WTF?

that sure diddnt take long.

Any reccommendations on replacement seats?

I agree they are just temporary seats for use untill you can order a set of Recaro's :toothy9:

i would say either get them reupholstered or pick up a set of cobra seats, unless you want to go with some recaro's or similar racing seats.

105,000 miles here on my BLACK leather seats, in a BLACK car that spent 80,000 miles of its life outside in NC heat. Mine still look perfect :dontknow:

Yeah, 04 GT with under 7k miles. For the first 4-5 months it parked in the driveway untill u could get my hottub moved to the backyard, then the stang has been in the garage ever since, Also, i have a parking garage at my work i park under, plus tinted windows.

It just loosk funky, the only part that is having issues is the driver side seat next to the door where the seat extends out a little to hold you in place. That spot right there isnt cracked, but the leather looks exteremly worn compared to the rest of the seats. i just noticed it the other day when i was detailing my car's interior.

i might have just gotten a crap seat, the rest of the drivers seat is fine, but it looks very worn, and there is one tiny spot almost the size of half a grain of rice that you can see what looks like the yellow padding behind.

it is probably just a flawed seat.

You callin me fat?
<lol>

The more i think about it, the more i think the seat is just one that was a bum seat. probably a flaw in the leather they diddnt catch. im just 6.0 and 200lbs
