Default Replaced Clutch = Check Engine light?

Hey, I have a 1996 Mustang GT with magnaflow off-road x-pipe, and magnaflow exhaust... i recently had a new clutch installed in the car, and after driving around for about 10 minutes, the check engine light came on. I had access to a lift, so i went under the car and looked at my O2 sensor connections (i figured thats what it is) and i had someone reset the computer for me... then after driving around for another 10-20 minutes, it came on AGAIN! and then i tried a battery reset (remove negative terminal on the battery for an extended period of time) and the light went away, but it came back on!! anyone have any ideas what may have caused this at the clutch place?? thank you for your input!

Have that code pulled. Its probably something simple like rear O2 sensors not functioning, which is a quick fix, just get yourself some MIL's.

Go to Autozone for a free check engine light test. I just changed my clutch out and the light came on. Doing that today....I'll tell you what's wrong with mine....probably our problem is the same.
