Default What is required for gear install?

I will be installing FFRP 3.73 gears soon. I also purchased a Motive Bearing Kit. Is this all I will need to have these gears installed by a shop? (besides fluids) Or will I need something else?

i could be alittle of on my numbers here however a friend of mine told me that if i am going to put gears in my car (1996) that instead of spending 85 bucks on the bearing kit...i should just buy the intall kit with the gears then go and just buy a complete rebuild kit for the rear end which should run somthing like 130 bucks...
