So instead of spending 200 bucks on a JLT R/CAI I went to Advance Auto Parts and got the big KN Cone and took off the silencer... what a difference in SOUND!!! it sounds amazing.. dont waste your money on the CAI... keep the stock one because it serves as a great heatshield!

The oldest trick in the book but people like to spend money when Ford put a "free" one in already.

 

I just switched out the filter and removed the air silencer this past weekend and i can deff tell a difference. It gives the exhaust a little deeper of a ton and sounds so much better when revving. Id recommend this to any gt owner. Plus you cant beat a fourth of the price compared to a CAI.

 

Well, he is a self proclaimed douche. And since V6MP was a douche, I guess they've got that going for them.
