i have a 96 gt and im planing on doing the pi swap but how do i know the differences between windsor and the romeo heads . and is donig the cams worth it, if so do i have to pull the engin to do so .

Windsor heads have caps holding down the cams while Romeo heads have girtles. Also, the valve covers on Windsors use 13 bolts while Romeos use 11. Also, swapping cams can be worth in which you can do it while the engine is it the car.

but would i have to take out the rad. condensor and the fan right?

No, the only thing you need to take off is the valve covers and front cover.

Yes, the Mod engines use OHC rather than the old SB OHV. Rather than having the cam in the block like in OHV, in OHC, the cameis in the heads. So, swapping cams is like swapping rockers in an old OHV in that the cam sits on top the valves (not directly though). That's one advantage of OHC...
