Aftermarket heads and cams

I'm thinking about replacing or redoing my heads (2V), and I've been looking at cams also. I've done some research on Patriot heads and Comp cams, both look attractive to me. I'd like to hear any real-life experience anyone has with these brands, or any other brands / modifications along these lines.

Fox lake heads, I have heared some really good things about those heads and thy come complete with cams i think? They are alittle more pricy then the patriot company, and they also have a core exchange deal.

I have heard good news about VT comp cams. When I was going to buy cams for my 01, that is who I was going to order from, but I traded in that car. When I get cams for my 03, I will buy only VT. They are on ModularDepot a lot and really know their stuff.

Ive heard that the Patriot Heads SUCK. If I were to spend the money, Id go with Tim over at www.modularfordpowerhouse.com He is an amazing guy and his customer service is UNMATCHED. He got patriot heads that a customer wanted to put on a car, and he said that the valve guys were loose and that he wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Those heads are also truck heads, from what I hear. And the VT cams are also some of the most popular, just watch out for PTV contact.
