It's an all day adventure with the motor in the car. Not really HARD but difficult enough that you should have it done if you're not a wrench by trade. There are a lot of ways you can screw yourself doing it.
If you have the engine out of the car, it's a lot easier but no less technical.

it's a helluva lot easier on OHC cars than OHV cars. There are a few tricks and tips in the various procedures on the web that are important.

you dont want blower cams for a turbo'd car...u want turbo cams....or a custom grind cam....
i would wait for the cam cause the type of cam u want doesn't really like N/A motors.....blower cams on the other hand are great for n/a..just be sure u want a turbo cam
