how often do you get compliments on your mustang? - Page 2

Cops remember me as well. They kinda target certain cars. The same cop who pulled me over twice kinda admitted it. But yeah, I get compliments.

I don't know about anyone else, but it was funny and cool the first dozen times, but who else gets annoyed when any car no matter what it is, has to rev their engine when they see you.

lol yeah, their are 4 yellow mustangs here and mine sticks out the most(from the mods) and ive been pulled over several times. last time i went 60-70 by a cops house on a backroad and he was outside cleanin his SUV(the police kind) and i just kept going. about 7miles later i pull in someones driveway to trun around and as im looking down the road im going to be going back on i see the cop. lol so i just pulled out and we pass eachother.

and yes about the damn people revvving it up each time they see you. their is a stock v6 that does that and this old rusted transam that sounds like a pussyfart each time.

every now and then, from kids to adults. Just tonight at the gas station some kid was with his dad, and he leaned out his window and was like "sweet mustang".

Yeah. That hits home haha. More often I have people get up on my ass and then pass me like they accomplished something great. I don't usually go much more than 5 over the speed limit, and people expect me to be doing 15+.

happens all the time...i always tell em if they rev they better be ready to go on green...my 2000 black stang got more revs than this one...this one doesnt get too many challenges...now i get the rev from cars that will kick my ass more than easy marks...the new stangs seem to attract the big boys, vettes, vipers, porsches, m3s..ahh for the good ol days when it was revs from chargers, 350zs, and rx7s....

I know people have had thier pics taken with mine, more than once on a dusty day i have come out of the store and seen a few buttprints on the side of the car where they lean on it and get thier pic taken.

The same exact car parks on my street every once in awhile 2005 silver 2 black stripes even has the same grill

Happens to me once in a while. I think i've gotten three or four "Nice Cars" since I got it.

I don't pay any attention but the GF has mentioned a couple of time that people pay a lot of attention to it when i'm driving.

I actually used to get compliments all the time, I think it was mostly the color. You don't see many Atlantic Blue Stangs, atleast not around here.

well...first time i took the stang out all week..it was nice and shined up..2 coats of tire shine (lol) and i got 5 or 6 compliments....4 of them were waves/thumbs up..the othe 2 were verbal...man it was great....lol

Every now and then i get compliaments mostly from older people. I was once at a red light and the guy in the truck next to me was staring at my rims.

Im in Houston so you see alot of badass cars around. But everynow and then i get complimants and it always makes my day.

Then again I really dont drive it around much, Majority of the time it stays parked.

There was this one time when i was walking out of church to my car and this younger girl was looking at my car and said something to her dad to the effect " I think its a 2004" I unlocked it and got it in.

I have had my 2006 Mustang all of 2 weeks now and I am constantly getting stares and comments... I was at the gas station this morning and the guy pumping my gas wouldn't stop asking me every question possible about it. Then this other guy that worked there came out as I was driving away and I could here him say something too... It's pretty cool..
