how often do you get compliments on your mustang?

just from random people. well besides people looking at it as you drive by.

pretty funny story today...

i pulled into the gas station to get some fuel and as i was pulling up to the pump this truck was comming towards me(the newer sporty kind) and they pulled into the parking spot and got out as i was getting out of my car. a woman and her daughter(she was like 8 or 9 yrs old) got out and the woman said " is that thing pretty fast?" i was like "yeah it is(even tho it was a v6 lol like she knew the diff. bewtween a 6'er or GT), you plan on getting one?" she said "no but when i was 18 i woulda loved to have one of them things" so i finished pumping gas and they were walking into the station and as they were going in the mom was muttering somethin to her daughter. after i was done i walked in to pay and the mom and daughter was standing there and the daughter said " mom is that the guy that you wanted to take a ride with?"

LMAO! talk about an awkward moment for her!.

also today i went to blockbuster and didnt park in the parking spots but by the middle of the lot but in no ones way. i walked in and got a movie and this girl was looking at me the whole time(she was like 17/18 and kinda cute) so i was payin for it and etc.(she was infront of me in the line) and she was talking to her friend about my car

. then on the way out i was walking to it and i passed them and her friend said "i guess thats what you get when mommy and daddy buys your car for you " then she told her to basically to stfu lol.

then i was driving down a road and this pretty hott girl and her friend was walking down another road and i gave it a rev to try to get her attention, and i did, so i put down the passenger window and we made eye contact until she was outta site

......

Also today it was really nice out

around 50 degrees. for the past 4-5 months its been 20 or lower. so i drove into town today and all the mustangs were out drivin around. i saw a white mach 1, a Competition orange V6( me and this dude drove around the town together), a yellow V6, a Black GT, a red V6, a silver V6, and a foxbody. its a pretty small town where i live so everywhere you'd turn today you would have seen a stang

But yeah I get compliments all the time. Its nice. People know me for my mustang. People I don't even know know about it. There isn't really any modded mustangs around here. At all. Just a bunch of stock ones.

I was at a gas station pumping gas,when another black 01-04 pulled up,we where nose to nose,cause of the gas cap location,his had NO upgrades at all...As i was inside getting a drink i glanced outside and that guy was walking around my car?I got out to my car and asked him what was up,and he replied,"How fast is it"I almost busted a gut laughing so hard..When i finally stoped laughing,i said, you should know,you got the same car...lol..

There are way too many mustangs and other nice cars around here for people to give too much of a crap about mustangs. I do get compliments though when its from other car guys or when people can hear the exhaust and such. Mostly girls around here drive the 6'ers.

Streetracer, you have a good lookin stang, but i swear i see the grey/black stripe combo at least once a week around here. Lol.

I know people have had thier pics taken with mine, more than once on a dusty day i have come out of the store and seen a few buttprints on the side of the car where they lean on it and get thier pic taken.

Lol, wow. Mustangs are a dime a dozen here, I see atleast 30 a day. Most of them are all stock GTs-V6s driven by people who don't know what they drive other than a "mustang." I haven't seen too many modded ones,but even then people don't really notice..I'll park next to a stock Mustang and my friend won't be able to tell the difference other than I have black wheels, and it's cleaner..lol.

I get more looks from the import/ricer crowd then any thing else. Whenever one is turning at an intersection or next to me they are staring down at my wheels. lol
