Default My Workout Log...

Well Im gonna start logging my workouts and this is gonna be my thread. Please dont knock my thread with bullshit. This thread is gonna be for my benefit so I can track my workout routine and keep up with what im doing and so I can see my results.

Today was basically a fat-burning day for me. I came in wanting to drop down under 200.

ran 1.6 miles at 8.2 speed, burned 205 calories according to treadmill.
weight - 202.7

basked in sauna for about 20 mins.
weight - 201.1

my clothes were also sweat soaked so im sure im at or below 200.

I feel like ***. I dont know how people can drop big weight doing this. I was gonna run again after but im gonna take it easy my first time doing this. I didnt wanna over-do myself. Im gonna try this once a week where I have a weight-loss day. It brings up stamina running my *** off like that, and the sauna speeds up metabolism too. Firefighter testing is coming back up here and Ive been running a mile every time before I workout

Im not on any supliments. I ran out of everything and im cycling everything out since the last month, but come monday ill be back on Optimum Whey Protien (200g daily), Xyience NOX-CG3 (Ester Creatine/Glutamines/Nitric Oxide), and Animal Stak (Multi-Vitamins). My eating habits are going to change. Ive been slacking and not eating the way I should be. I usually indulge on lunch and thats it, everything is gonna be spaced apart again and my food consumption will be tracked daily as well.

I used to jog a mile every other day on the treadmill to burn some cals, but I haven't been able to lately because of 2 ****ed up toes, so now I just do about 30 situps and 20 pushups a day, and once a week I'll go to my friend's house and use his weight training stuff, I also do a LOT of walking now and ride my bike some, and haven't touched any sodas or candy or really fattening food since January, just drink plenty of water..lost 38lb so far...got about another 20-25lb to go though before I'll be happy

I don't do any fancy supplements or have a diet plan or any **** like that, I still eat what the family eats and go out to eat with friends... just takes some self-control and determination, once I'm motivated I can't be stopped....muw..muw..muwahhaha!

That's a great idea Matt, and a cool thread to inspire some of us. Whats your age?, and your height vs. weight. Just interested cause I need to back into shape. Not overweight. I weigh 178 and I'm 5'9 @ 47 yrs old. I would like to get more energy during the day. I'll watch your thread to see if I can make my self healthier.. Great thread bro..

I'm not knocking your thread here...but wouldn't it be just as easy to use Excel or something to track and plan your progress? why the need to make it public?
Good question zig...why the need to make it public? Will it help motivate you? I run and lift weights at least 4-5 days a week and I've never really thought about posting my workouts because to be honest....I don't think anyone gives a **** about my workout schedule. Again, not trying to bash or be an ***, just wondering why the need to make it public.

not trying to bash, but the sauna is only going to make you lose some water weight. as soon as you eat or drink it'll come back again, you do plan on doing those things right??

but, good luck on the workout! i'm trying to lose some weight right now too
