Lol.... my husky is tougher than a coffin nail.

I got a roomate who has an Akita named Ruka. The husky and akita would get an occasional squabble, but nothing really violent, just lots of dominance plays.

Then one day over a bone Malibu hospitalized ruka. Tore her eye, tore her mouth, and gave her some nasty facial scars. Ruka was a pup maybe 35lbs. Well, ruka still holds a grudge and anytime they get together i have to take malibu to the Vet. Malibu is about 40lbs, the akita is now about 100. Malibu is used to scrapping with that dog. she is a badass. im not happy about it cause she can get kind of dog aggro now and might fear bite dogs she doesent know, and i certainly never encouraged the behavior. My roomate and i have a routine worked out where those two are NEVER together anymore. Cause if they are, one of them gets bitten up real bad.

And before anyone says **** that i allowed this to happen, you have NO CLUE how hard i have worked to keep them seperated, and everything i have done to try an get those dogs to behave. it was that one fight over a bone and ruka got stomped and she never forgave malibu.

I would never put bu in a fight, i think that is cruel, but one day i was walking my dogs and my nighbor has this nasty little **** cocker spaniel and it was out loose. Cocker made a bee-line right at malibu and snapped at her, i pulled Malibu back just in time to keep that **** cocker spaniels face from getting permanantly destroyed by malibu, her owner came out and ran up.
I yelled at her "Lady control you ****ing dog!!!!"

was all "im sorry, she was out, ha ha, dogs will be dogs"

I told her, "Lady, next time i see your ****ing dog out here not on a leash ill drop malibu's leash and she WILL kill your ****ing dog, am i clear?"

She started apologizing to me and i just gave her a direct stare that said "i aint kidding, try me" and walked back in the house.

(of course i would never do that, but i want her to know im seruious. if that dog ever comes running up like that again im gonna kick it as hard as i ****in can, and i WILL be doing it a favor. Malibu would likely kill it, she now views the dog as an enemy. if she would have controlled her dog and had it on a leash this never would have happened. my dogs NEVER go out without a leash unless im at a dog park)

Malibu is a real sweetheart towards people, but ever since she got into those fights with Ruka she really shows a violent side towards other dogs if she feels even the slightest bit of threat she fear bites. She is fine at a dog park, too many dogs to focus on one, but that cocker spaniel alomost got a vet bill cause she diddnt have it on a leash and she lost control of it.

almost every cocker spaniel ive seen has been like that. aggressive as ****. forget banning pit bulls, ban cocker spaniels. ugly horrible little **** talking dogs.

not my dogs (grew up w/ them in the family) but my aunt has a Full bred rotwieler (sp?) who thinks it is a lap puppy @ 250 lbs...and she also has a Rotwielr/newfoundland/huskie/lab mut who is the oldest had is also a lap puppy...(neither of them are puppies) The rot's name is Roscoe and the mut's name is elvis...

Hey Jack, Malibu is a beautiful dog man!! I always wanted one of them. I've got to find somewhere that sells cords for digital cameras so I can take a pic of my Shyla. I lost my damn cord to connect the cam to my PC. I might have a picture on my puter at home though. I have a Pit bull and man, a Dalmation came in the yard one time and was growling at my son, and Shyla jumped that motherf*cker lol, I felt bad cause Shyla ripped half the Dalmations ear off and I grabbed Shylas collar right before she clamped down on the dogs neck, can you believe that the lady wanted ME to pay the vet bills even though my dog was in my yard and her dog was running loose! Imagine that. lol
