Yes my stock clutch is pretty much no good anymore. It works fine during normal driving, but when im racing it slips bad. This didnt start until I got the car tuned this past thursday. It does fine if I slowly shift into gear under boost, but if I slam into gear hard it just slips and the engine revs all the way to redline but the car doesnt go any faster.
I dont know too much about the different brands there are now, but I need some advice from someone who has an aftermarket clutch in their car and could tell me how they like it. I dont want any type of "race" clutch, I need something thats good for a daily driver. I dont like a light clutch pedal. I like the clutches that they put in the 03/04 cobras. They seem heavier and I liked the engagement feel. I hate those light puny clutch pedals, makes me feel like im driving a grocery getter. Also I need something that will hold up launching on slicks for next year. Is an aluminum flywheel worth it? Do they hold up as good as the steel ones? I know they rev faster, but would I see any power gains from it? I am looking at a Fidanza flywheel I can get from my work but theyre like $250.

for drag racing keep the steel one it will help you lanuch better with less bogging. A spec 2 or higher would be good, a centerforce dual friction would be good, etc... its up to you.

SPEC is the best clutch i've ever had. I have a Stage 3 which is way overkill for my car, but still best investment ive ever put into my car.

i have a ram HD, i think it may not hold enough power for your car, but i do not know how the pedal feel is on rams power grip line of 6 puck clutches. i dont care for the spec clutches, ive heard a lot of bad things about them, but ive heard good things to, i have no personal experience with them. my RAM HD has the pedal feel you are looking for though.
