Thumbs up Spec Stage 1 Clutch and Spec Flywheel

well i finally changed out the stock clutch for a Spec this past sunday. took me about 8 hours with the help of my buddy. i'll have to say the it went relatively smoothly. but let me tell you i am very satisfied with the results. it was like night and day, i'm still getting used to it. the old one of course wasn't as stiff, could be engaged real smooth. but when i raced it it had a tendancy to slip every now and then. also the throwout bearing was whining like a ****. overall though the stock clutch didn't look all that bad, it just wasn't strong enough for my car. now the spec is slightly stiffer and it engages instantly. it is very hard right now to engage it smoothly. maybe it'll get better when it's more broke in. i don't care i like. i love the way it feels. it grips like a some *****. and no more whining from my throwout bearing. replaced the pilot bearing bearing also. paid $400 dollars for the clutch and flywheel from american muscle. very satifisfied customer right here, again.
