I am new to mustang and wanted to know what is the difference between a cobra motor and a plain 5.0? I'm asking because I want to put a cobra motor in my 88 but wanted to know if i could just add the things that a cobra has to mine? Any info is a help Thanks Adam

really depends on what years. i think the older ones where high output 5.0's then 351's, then dohc, 5.4, and then supercharged
