I have a 89 LX with the H.O. 5.0 and right now itis stock except the uncatted dual exhaust and MSD distributor. I unsure weather to go with a 331 or 347 stroker for a mostly street with a few strip passes on it? I getting ready to put GT40 heads on, a bigger cam, mass air. Any suggestions?

it use to be a big thing about picking a 331 for street use, but from what i read lately u might as pay the lil extra and go with the 347. i guess people use to say there were issues with the 347 and was no good for street. maybe someone can chime in and tell us about those myths.

since i had SN opened on another page i did a quick search, might wanna do one on corral. i guess the 347 was known for losing oil.
