Mod motors respond very well to forced induction and thats why the ford GT and the Cobra get that. 600 HP is easily had on a mod motor, alls it takes is the internals to handle it and cams to help move the air. Pushrods dont respond as well as a modular motor does. Thats why chevy sticks 7 litres in their cars instead of a 5 litre thats supercharged.
