Default 8 Autocross Runs.

These are from this past weekend. In order from Run1 to Run 8. Run one was a DNF because I only walked the course once and got confused on the slalom. Run 5 is a video of my hands and feet, which was also my quickest run. Run 6,7 were bad becuase of hot tires. Enjoy.

Yeah the scoobies reign on the Autox course, they kick my *** every event. Sometimes I wish I had a car that was good for autocross like a WRX, RX7/8, or Miata, becuase then maybe I could actually look like a good driver. I swear I could post some good times and PAX high with a decent autox car.

My girlfriend is looking for a 350Z, what that means to me is that I will have a new car to AutoX with. Race tires here I come!

Lookin good out there. I could see the cars handling change run to run.

Just a note, you tended to drop in and out of the throttle during cornering. Work on taking all the hit you have to take to your speed before the turn so you can be solidly on the gas all the way through the turn. It'll be smoother and faster. You don't have to be flooring it in the turns but smooth modulation of the gas helps a lot.

Thanks R3D, I need all the help I cant get. You did hit on something that I need to work on. Since I haven't mastered how to left foot brake yet I have to take my foot off the gas to tap the brake during turns to bring the nose in tigher. And as you just stated, how bad it is to apply throtte and brake durring a turn is bad for transfering the weight, just throws it out of any position I may have managed to find for myself.

Again, thanks for the recommendations. And there was a big difference in the hadling of the car from run to run, alot of it had to do with the air pressure and little differences I made. I used to not have a good feel for how the car was reacting and how I could help it but it is all just starting to come to me. I guess it just takes experience, like always.
