Default Bassani catted x-pipe

Here is a sound clip. Flowmaster 2 chamber mufflers on stock pipes. I noticed that with only the FlowM in, anything above 2800 revs the exhaust note would die out. Now with the midpipe I can hear the enigine at all revs.

Makes a big diff with a cat back. The stock midpipes has 6 cats on my 98.

Very Very nice gave me kind of a special warm fuzzy. I can't wait I'm going to go Full Bassani Long Tubes all the way back and being that ND doesn't have smog laws I'm going off road x pipe unless someone who knows more thinks I shouldn't do it.

Without cats it will sound louder. Im dropping in a Cobra block soon and will do a sound clip of it to compare the differences between a 4v and 2v with same exhaust setup.

Its going to be a from a 98 Cobra block fully redone with low compression pistons new rods (weakest parts on the block) for boost later on. I did consider the S/C block but I will make more power with a different power adder not to mention it costs about 10k from FRPP. Not going force induction now just the engine swap. Considering that my intake is cracked, leaking anitfreeze and new clutch will be needed soon might as well do the engine swap.

Good call yeah I think the S/C Cobra Motor are going for like 10K-13K **** all that just buy an NA one with a tranny for 6 and then buy a paxton or ATI and have all the same fun.
