Default My v6 mustang ideas.

Hello folks. I own a 96 mustang V6 Convertible and have it all paid off. Now, though it may seem a bit obsolete; I am shooting to make this car gain about 180 hp. When I am all done I am going to have the followin in my car.

A) Sallen body kit
b) New exshaust headers/dual flowmaster mufflers.
C) K&N cold air intake
D) Vortech supercharger
E) 19 inch Black Volk Racing rims
F) Diablo Predator performance programmer
G) New underdrive pulleys
H) And rear end titanium gears.
I) Way down the line when my original engine blows it's top I am going to have it rebuild with performance Rocker's/ Piston's/ Fuel injectors.

Do you think this will be enough to get the 300 hp I am desiring? ....beside's the body kit and the rims of course?

um, it's probably safer and easier/cheaper to go with Supersix's package, it's N/A hp, and cheaper, that and you can always add a Supercharger/turbo later....

Make sure you go long Tube for headers if you go S/C.

I would agree go look into what SuperSixMotorsports.com has to offer you and then make your decision. You might change your mind after you see what numbers they can provide for you.

yeah the stage 3 package offers about 90 hp, depending on what other mods you have/what you get with it...but for the most part u can add about 100 hp. and its good because it's all N/A power, so you can run a power adder for more power if you choose...for the package, with someone else installing it all for you, look at about 4k outa pocket expenses... 2250 for the package, then new parts, and you might wana change out the rear end... with some gears...and someone's guna have to take the time to do all this...so 4k atleast...

Not to contradict what you are saying Grimmz and I may be wrong but I think that the Stage 3 is for a car with a power adder.
