Weird Squeling Noise

Weird Squeling Noise
Ok guys help me out here, I have a 1999 mustang v6 and having problems with a squeaking sound kind a like a fan belt squeak which is weird cause I changed the belt tension assembly and the serpentine belt when I did my 50,000 mile schedule maintenance (the car is at now 72,000), sure enough it wasn’t the belt cause we remove the serpentine belt and still the squeaking sound is there. We tried changing the vibration damper on the crankcase pulley, and the cylinder test turn out fine. So we are at lost right now… Any ideas???
Here is a little background on the problem. It only happens when the car has been parked overnight for more than 8 hours and the sound only lasted for 30 seconds after first starting the car and would not return until you parked it overnight again. No Loss of power, No Overheating, the car runs and feels like new except for that squeaking in the morning thing….. HELP
