Hi new in this Forum....I have a 2000 Convertible 3.8 automatic.....I need to replace the exterior mirrors but I don't know how to take those little speakers that they are inside just opposite of this mirrors, any help???? Also I have an electric problem with the light switch, every time I pulled the switch to turn on the exterior lights the panel goes off, its is not the dim thing for the panels. Many thanks....
