car is jumpy and shaky

car is jumpy and shaky
My stang is acting weird this morning,when i put it into gear it got shaky and seemed it was gonna stall and when i got on the freeway it started getting jumpy.i checked the oil and water and they're fine..any ideas what it might have or could be?
