This is my v6 auto cross car, it runs in the production class in Florida FAST series. The car top tens with regularity beating quite a few Porsches, BMWs, Nissans and whatever else is out there. The v6 platform handles MUCH better than the V8 cars due to less front end weight and less weight overall. In the production class we are very limited in chassis changes. The car has a 3.8 v6 with 108K on it, new heads, power pulleys, an 8.8 rear with a 3.70 limited slip. 99 rear upper control arms, subframe connectors, steeda ball joints, strut tower braces and a T5. IT also has an aggressive front end alignment and runs on race tires. This car is now for sale and I'm in the process of building another v6 car that is more radical.
