What performance tune should i use for the MOST HP out of my 2009 sixer?

93 octane performance

91...

87...

just the preloaded stuff they have on the Diablo/SCT

So i would go with the 93 octane

You live in Texas. Don't use preloaded tunes. Hell, I drive 3+ hours to get my stuff tuned in texas.
