What tuner do you currently have. Sounds like a governor is kicking in.

i just put in all the stuff in my sig and an old lady owned my car before so maybe she had it programmed that way there is no tuner in my car yet do you think that would solve the problem? because this car ******* flys until 104 where it just like stops at 3100 or does any body have another suggestion?

Hmm, does it feel like it actually stop you from going above that? And also you need to tune your car otherwise your speedometer is gunna be off. So that might also be an issue although if you know what speed your going then its most likely a governor stopping you.

Yup, governor. Gotta have it tuned, so either buy a tuner or go to a dyno shop. Id recommend the tuner cause you get free tunes for life along with huge power boosts from specific tunes.

Yup, either that or the livewire tuner. But if you dont wanna spring 200$ more id definatly say ive heard nothing but the best of the SCT Xcal3. Go for it, ya wont regret it. BTW since you changed your gear ratio, your cars top end wont be as high as it would have been with normal gears. But it should be worth it knowing your time getting to that speed is dramatically reduced and besides going 120+ is just stupid..

Yup, if you drive city mostly then youll actually save gas, but if you drive more highway roads then mpgs will go down like 3mpgs at most. Also with the tuner if you really want you can actually ask for a gas sipper(save gas tune) mode or setting in case your wallet seems to take a shot of slim-fast.

Ah, then go for 93 octane power tune. Other than that idk what other tune you would want, would have to ask someone who actually has a tuner. :P

No, singleport refers to the intake manifold and heads.

94-98 have a different intake manifold and heads than the 99-04

I think he meant your intake as far as the single-port question.....

u will probably gain like 40hp if you do the split port swap. IMO that isnt worth it
