Default Leme know if im right

So in the very near future im lookin into buying 4.10 gears and all the stuff needed with it. My main question is if i should buy a tuner at the same time. I know i need a speedcal or whatever it is to make sure speed is right. If so would a tuner do the same thing, cause if so why not get more HP/RWTQ with the tuner. I was lookin at this kit for the gears.

Are the motive gears that much worse than FRPP? Also for the tuner i was looking at either

Im not so sure that the livewire tuner is worth $180 more, but if you guys know give me some info please. Also if im missing anything for the gear kit besides friction modifier tell me. Thanks

Yeah you can get the tuner instead of the speedcal.

I would look into the Livewire....

At the moment I wish I would've bought it instead of the SF3, because now I'm looking into some Aero Force Interceptor gauges, which just plug into the OBDII and display info from there.....So the same damn thing the Livewire does lol.

But gears and tuner is the best bang for your buck. Plus the speedcal becomes obsolete after that.

I wouldn't want to deal with the livewire in my way or being stolen. I tune my car and thats it. I don't need it for the gauges so for me I would not spend the money on it.

Livewire estimates HP, TQ, MPG, 1/4 times, 0-60, built in shift light, and has a ton of different guages built in I believe.
You asked this question, but no one has answered it yet and I need it answered myself. What makes the Ford gears better than Motive?
