Default Speedometer off

I just bought the white face gauges from UPR for my 00' V6. I have noticed that everything except my speedo works properly. My speedo is not showing the right speed, i was driving beside my friend on the interstate and he was doing 70 while i was doing 80 and staying the exact same.Is there anywere i can take this to be fixed? I live near Indianapolis,IN.
Thanks

take it back to the place that installed the gagues... unless you did them yourself, then you have to take the whole thing apart and then try and fix the problem.

Just pull the needles off and put them back on in the right spot.

No, you have to put them on while the car is moving.
