I liked autolight 546s (I'm not even sure if they are autolight or autocraft, and the number was some combination of 456) They are a copper plug, I gaped them at .045, and they need to be changed about every 15K. You can get them at walmart for cheap.

NGK TR55's are stock heat rang,cheap,copper, and work well, and any parts store is gonna have them. Also the stock heat rang Autolites are good too. Platinum is good for long life, not performance.
