Default Ebay intake

I'm looking at putting a new CAI on my 2000 V6 mustang and was wondering about ebay intakes. I was going to buy the one from americanmuscle.com for $75 but found a real good looking black CAI that looks identical. Are they the same? They both are $75 and was just wondering what the difference was.
Thanks
P.S. Don't know if it will work but here's the link:http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/99-20...1%7C240%3A1318

they are all about the same unless your spending some serious money the ebay one will work just as good as the am one. i have the am one on my 96 i got it off a craigslist ad for like 35.00. if you can get one cheap do it. a 75 dollar one won't be any better than a 45 dollar one.

Does it include all the stuff to install it? I mean besides the MAF.
Thanks
