Question Exhaust Spitting?

For some odd reason whenever i start up my car it spits out black stuff on the ground, its almost look a watery soot with some grease. This happens every time i start it, to the point of my garage is stained black where i park. Its especially whenever i rev my car when it spits more, but even just starting idle it does a little, opinions why? I just wanna make sure this is either normal, or that i fix it ASAP. Any info apreciated, Thanks.

haha when it came the terrible ice storm, it was freezing in the house where i use electric heat, so i went to start the car and get warm n listen to music, well i got out and it looked like a puddle of oil, i was like ohh ****, but i rubbed my finger in it and it was just soot mixed with water, very thin solution so its all normal.

Condensation is a by product of the motor running and is totally normal.
