When you install new headers would it be worth getting a dyno done on the car?

if you go for headers, get longtubes! the shortys are almost identical to stock manifolds,, Unless ur wanting underhood appearance! and longtubes make 6's sound great IMHO! it gives it that aggressive rattling pipe sound.

yes wai! XD my next mod is either a carbon fiber hoodscoop,, or longtubes and loosing the cats.. the sound is soooo great!

I would only replace the headers with shorties if one of them crack, or just broke the f... off like mine did...

shorties on these v6's are a waste. the stock exhaust manifolds flow just about the same. you may gain 1-2rwhp with shorties. lol

 

i plan soon to get a textured black 3in cowl hood. omg it's gonna look sexy. should also technically help with weight on the rear since the hood will weigh less. these 99-04 hoods weigh a F-ing ton.
