Default Goodbye Baby

Hey guys and gals, My first time back in a while. Boot camp was a blast!

I'm currently stationed in New London CT and I need to sell my first mustang. I know what the trade in value is after disappointingly walking out of a few car dealerships and I know what Kelley Blue book says but maybe you guys (Who have a little more knowledge than the average car dealer) can help me get an appropriate appraisal for my ride.

Car:

2001 Ford Mustang 3.8l V6

Laser Red Convertible with tan top and tan interior

immaculate tan leather interior leather treated weekly

Mach 460 Sound system

miles: 96,000

Modifications:

Americanmuscle Cold Air Intake

H adapter kit with SLP Loudmouth I catback

Aftermarket Plugs with 8mm red wires

8 inch custom white stripes

Custom white rocker panel stripes

Steeda Door Sills

Custom hidden foglights with hidden on/off switch

full engine dress-up kit from American Muscle

Custom interior red lighting

multi-colored vacuum gauge

Sadly modifications will not add value to a car. Unless someone thinks that its worth extra money to have them on the car.

you could probably swing 5.5k out of it selling it yourself. I got that out of my 2000 with a few less miles and a few random more modifications.

$9,000? Seriously? Be careful that it's not a scam. That seems way too good to be true...nothing against your car or anything, it just really sounds like a scam. But if it's true, then good for you.

LM1s on a v6??? i heard that sounds like ****.. but overall nice car, and you're one lucky guy for getting 9k (if he buys it) for a lightly modded v6.. guess he liked the immaculate leather seats and vacuum gauge.

Well, I know the guy so he's got the money and it's not a scam so I don't know what's going to happen.

As far as the LM1s, its all opinion but they don't sound bad at all at least not on my car. There's no raspiness or popping just a loud growl.
