Default Need help with 98 v6 standard

I have just begun trying to find parts for my 98 v6 and im realizing its pretty difficult. It seems the majority of the parts are for the gt and the cobra models, or for the v6 models after 98. Does anybody have advice on compatible parts or websites or specific parts i could find.

Thank you

Depends on what parts you're looking for. I'm sure either Randy or AMNick could help you.

Default V6 98 standard

I have looked at the chips website as well as some others, but their seems to be a break in the parts. Do any parts for the 99 mustang v6 fit on the 98 like headers or anything

As far as headers go for the 98 v6 you can find them on some websites but it's not worth getting them because the won't help any I think www.brothersperformance.com might carry them.

edit nope apparently they don't anymore

Why wont changing the headers make a difference? I was told that I need to change the headers so the flange will support the new exhaust system

Unless you bought an exhaust system that requires the use of long tube headers, you were told wrong.
