Ok, so soon im going to buy the gt500 front conversion kit, get my shaker hood installed and get my exhaust installed and i was thinking of different types of stripe options that i might want to get.

The first one was:

13 inch stripe down the center with 2 inches in between the strips

Second was:

One strip going down the center the width of the shaker hood and stopping at the shaker hood and then continuing down the sides of the car.

Third was:

Two strips starting at the sides of the shaker hood and then ending at the ends of the grill. So the stripes are a bit further apart.


I appreciate any opinions and suggestions on stripes. Thanks

 

was option two referring to something like this? (I'm trying to get a picture in my head of each option)

 

Yeah like that but with it ending at the back of the shaker and then going off to the side similar to

 

I think this design looks pretty sharp. The hood looks pretty close to the picture you posted.




I don't know about the stripes going down the sides. IMO that might make it to busy and to much going on. But most important thing is whatever you like but thats my .02

i think ima go get a quote from this shop that does stripe kits and see how much for my 06 with stripes like that old stang, heard it was pretty cheap so.
